✅ What “Slots Available” Means for Trainers Slots Available tells you how many new people you can still add to your dashboard using the number of dashboard users you have purchased. A “slot” is simply permission for one person to take Style Matters under your trainer account. You purchase a certain number of slots, and each person you add uses one of them. Here is the important things to know: 🔵 1. A slot is used the moment you add a person to your dashboard. even though they have not yet taken the inventory. 🔵 2. You can delete a user from your dashboard and automatically get credit back for them at any time before they use their slot. This allows you to delete an if you make an error in creating it, or if they don't end up using their slot. 🔵 3. Archiving keep your dashboard small and easy to manage. When you move someone to the Archive they no longer appear in your active dashboard, but archiving does not free the slot if they've already taken the assessment. They still count as a user of Style Matters and their slot remains used permanently. 🔵 4. Permanently deleting a user from the Archive also does not free a slot. If you permanently delete an archived user, the user’s data is removed, but they still count toward your total usage The slot they originally consumed is not returned. This maintains integrity of record-keeping and prevents accidental “slot resets” that could enable unlimited reuse. 🔵 5. “Slots Available” = Total slots purchased – All users ever added This includes: - Active users - Archived users - Users permanently deleted later Those three groups together represent all individuals you have served with Style Matters.
