This inventory has been taken by more than 100,000 people around the world. It is used by organizations as diverse as a law school in Australia, a state department of personnel in the US, and community workers in South Africa.

The majority of trainers who use other five-style inventories switch to ours after they use it. It is hard to argue with the same familiar five-styles-of-conflict format as other instruments, but with many more features like cultural adaptability and practical tips for managing each style, at less than half the price.

Free offer. Because most trainers who try Style Matters like it so much they continue using it, I give away free one-time rights to reproduce to any trainer who wants to use Style Matters on a trial basis. The copy that you are about to download is the complete inventory but I ask that you use it only for the purpose intended: to review the inventory and decide if you like it. I have invested far more hours in getting it to this stage than I want to think about and I ask that you respect the need of an author to generate income from writing so I can do more.

Your comments and feedback will be gratefully received and help us to continuously modify and improve this inventory for others.
